Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

I am a dealer/branch of a company, can I register?

Yes, dealers/branches can become members. However, the obligation to have an active company website and email for the website continues.
Note: If you do not have an independent website, you can use the email address provided to you by the company you are affiliated with.

Is Supptr Only for Export?

Supptr is both local and international. So yes, you can use it for domestic trade as well.

Is There a Fee to Register?

There’s no fee to sign up or add your company. However, you may need credits for certain actions like posting or applying to listings. Don’t worry — you’ll receive free credits when you first register.

Are There Any Requirements to Register?

Creating a user account and adding a company are two different things. Anyone can register. But to add your company, you’ll need to have a website — preferably an active one. You also need to be offering services at a corporate level.

For Example, I’m a Freelance Designer Without a Website

At the very least, you should have a portfolio page.

Who Can’t List Their Company?

That’s a nuanced question. Branches or retail shops like bakeries, jewelry stores, tailors, clothing or gift shops are not eligible for company listings. However, businesses like stationery suppliers or renovation services can register — if they work with corporate clients. A website is required, and we must be confident that your business serves corporate customers. Supptr is a B2B (business-to-business) platform — a bridge between companies.

Can We Use the Headquarters’ Website?

Yes, but we must ensure that your branch or department also provides services to corporate clients.
